History
Roberta Maffei has served the Alliance and adjacent areas since 1975 and founded Union Station Agency in 1993. Union Station Agency is a fully licensed independent agency offering a complete line of Real Estate services to buyers and sellers of property in the Alliance and surrounding areas.
For its services, Union Station Agency charges only a customary, competitive commission regardless of the size of the transaction. No additional charges such as handling or service fees are ever added to our commission.

Agents
Our dedicated staff lives in the Alliance community and has 110+ years cumulative real estate experience. We focus on our customers’ needs and take pride in providing customized services to both buyers and sellers. We continuously strive to ethically and fairly represent both buyer and seller in all real estate transactions.We have over twelve agents in the office and more than half of them are full time. They are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds. Some are former educators, executives, business owners and engineers. They are all committed to the Business of Real Estate.
Office and Staff
Our office is fully equipped with an up-to-date integrated network of computer and communication systems, enabling us to transmit relevant listings to our customers electronically via e-mail. This system also provides instant access to all Multiple Listing Services (MLS), Public Tax and Real Estate Records, and other tools and services our agent need to better serve you.
Our agentss are supported by three full time assistants who are responsible that all your real estate needs are accommodated. They coordinate meetings, set schedules, answer your calls when your agent is not available, and act as your personal couriers ensuring the timely delivery and processing of all your documents.
